Who Can Use the Platform

GeneralKnowledgeQuiz.in is open to users of all ages. Children under 13 must use the Platform with the assistance and consent of a parent or guardian. By registering an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the email address provided.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately via the Contact page.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages in contests, leaderboards, or referral programmes is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent bans.

Permitted Use

You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only. You may access quizzes, participate in contests, view leaderboards, and share results as intended by the Platform.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not: use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access quizzes or submit answers; attempt to manipulate leaderboard rankings or contest results; impersonate another user or any person; reverse-engineer, scrape, or republish the Platform's content without permission; post or transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.

Fair Play

Quiz results and contest submissions must represent your own genuine effort. Any attempt to cheat, collude, or exploit system vulnerabilities will result in disqualification and may result in account suspension.

Our Content

All quiz questions, answers, explanations, hints, images, and other content on GeneralKnowledgeQuiz.in are the intellectual property of GeneralKnowledgeQuiz.in or its content contributors. This content is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Content Accuracy

We strive to ensure all quiz content is accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranty that the content is free from errors. If you believe a question or answer is incorrect, please use the Flag Question feature to report it. We review all flagged content and make corrections promptly.

User-Generated Content

If you submit feedback, bug reports, suggestions, or contact messages, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content to improve the Platform. We will never publicly attribute your private messages without your consent.

Weekly Contests

Weekly contests run every Sunday. Participation requires a registered account. Contest answers are reviewed by admins before results are published. All decisions by the admin team regarding contest results, rankings, and reward assignments are final.

Daily Challenges

Each registered user may attempt the Daily Challenge once per day. Attempts cannot be retaken. Results count towards the Daily Challenge leaderboard.

Points & Leaderboard

Points are awarded for correct answers, rank performance, streaks, and contest placements. The Platform reserves the right to adjust, recalculate, or revoke points if fraudulent or unfair activity is detected.

Vouchers & Prizes

Where voucher rewards are offered for leaderboard champions, these are subject to availability and are distributed at the discretion of the Platform. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any reward programme at any time without prior notice.

Winner Announcements & Profile Photo Consent

By participating in any contest on GeneralKnowledgeQuiz.in, you consent to your display name, rank, score, and profile picture (avatar) being featured in winner announcements, including the home page carousel and any social promotions, to celebrate your achievement. This display is limited to your username and avatar and does not include your email or any other private information. If you wish to opt out of having your profile photo displayed, please remove your avatar from your account settings before the contest concludes.

Streak Rewards

Streak milestone rewards are claimable once per milestone and are subject to the Platform's ongoing reward programme. Rewards may change over time. Points awarded for streak milestones cannot be transferred.

Platform Provided "As Is"

GeneralKnowledgeQuiz.in is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Educational Purpose Only

Content on the Platform is intended for general educational and informational purposes only. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on content found on the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeneralKnowledgeQuiz.in and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

General Grounds for Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or harms other users or the Platform. In cases of serious violations, we may act without prior notice.

Inappropriate Username or Profile Picture

Accounts using vulgar, offensive, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate usernames or profile pictures will be permanently deleted immediately and without prior notice. This is a zero-tolerance policy. There is no appeal process for terminations under this clause. By registering an account, you agree that your chosen username and profile picture comply with our community standards at all times.

Contest Disqualification & Termination

Accounts found cheating in contests — including using multiple devices or accounts, collusion, automation, or submitting fraudulent video proof — will be disqualified and may be permanently banned. Contest prizes are forfeited in such cases.

Self-Deletion

You may delete your own account at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
